Energy Audit
The energy audit is the preliminary activity for each implementing energy efficiency measures.
FAR energia, based on an analysis of the energy consumption of industrial processes and related activities, identify areas for energy savings and technological and functional solutions to reduce consumption through proposals for renovation and / or technological improvement.
The analyzes carried out lead to the development of several solutions that aim to optimize the cost/benefit ratio maximizing energy efficiency and minimizing the costs of investment, operation and maintenance. The evaluation of CO2 emissions avoided with interventions evaluated is another important part in the evaluation of the cost/benefit ratio of the solutions.
The financial analysis is developed through the use of parameters such as investment costs, operating costs, useful life of the intervention, annual energy savings, payback period, cost of capital, return on investment. The financial analysis is completed with the evaluation of potential incentives, tax breaks and, where possible, of energy efficiency certificates.
Energy efficiency Credits
FAR energia supports clients in the design and implementation of interventions, in the preparation of the practice to be presented to the Energy Services Operator (GSE) for obtaining TEE – Energy Efficiency Certificates.
