FAR energia provides its customers with energy consulting service with the goal of identifying possible areas in where efficiency measures can be applied that will lead to significant savings in energy consumption.
Plants design and construction
FAR energy has designed and built cogeneration, trigeneration and photovoltaic plants with power ratings from 100 kW up to 9 MW.
Energy trading
FAR Energia has developed and implemented projects related to the supply and trade of energy services through the design and installation of cogeneration, trigeneration and photovoltaic systems.
Scope of action
FAR energia operates in three areas of action similar to each other highly rated towards energy saving and reduction of pollutant emissions:
- The industrial cogeneration fueled by natural gas directed to energy efficiency and cost savings
- Industrial photovoltaic systems for sustainable energy efficiency
- Cogeneration powered by biogas from biodigesters given to farms that invest in the process of enhancement of agricultural crops and / or livestock waste
- The cogeneration fueled by landfill biogas directed to operators and plant managers

Cogeneration Plant – Lodi
FAR Energia designed, set up and installed a new 635 kWe cogeneration plant. The plant supplies electricity to the plant and thermal energy to a vacuum evaporator which allows the plant to reduce the volume of waste produced.

Cogeneration Plant – Torino
FAR energia has designed, supplied and installed a cogeneration plant fueled by natural gas. Electric power of 530 kW, thermal power of 266 kW as 3,5 bar(g) steam and 327 kW as hot water. (Jenbacher JMS312 engine).
